Job Description:
- Office Staffs: General office administration, including data entry, document management, and filing. Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Contribute to office maintenance and organization.
- Sales Staffs: Actively seek out and generate potential leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and online platforms. Effectively present our solar power solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and addressing their concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty.
- Electrical Engineers: Design and engineer efficient and cost-effective solar power systems, considering factors such as site conditions, energy requirements, and regulatory compliance. Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines. Provide technical support to customers, troubleshoot issues, and offer maintenance recommendations.
