Eligibility:

• Age Limit:
  • Graduate Apprentices: Maximum 25 years old (as of September 1, 2024) with age relaxation for reserved categories.
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Maximum 23 years old (as of September 1, 2024) with age relaxation for reserved categories.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Graduate Apprentices: Engineering Degree (B.Tech/BE) in specific disciplines (Computer, Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, Safety & Fire) from a recognized university.
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Three-year Diploma in Engineering in specific disciplines (Chemical, Computer, Civil, Electrical/Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Commercial Practice) from a recognized institute.

Selection Process:

• A merit list will be prepared based on weightage given to marks in previous exams:
  • Graduate Apprentices: 50% weightage to graduation marks and 50% to 12th standard marks.
  • Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: 50% weightage to diploma marks and 50% to 10th standard marks.
